Unscripted Conversations (UnCon) are open-ended, holistic, fluid and free-flowing discussions designed to naturally explore your emotions and thoughts without rigid agendas, preconceived expectations or goals. Unlike traditional counseling, they focus on organic dialogue, allowing deeper insights to emerge naturally and effortlessly.

Navigate to the “Counselors” tab.
Browse through our list of highly skilled and compassionate counselors. Learn about their expertise, experience, and areas of specialization to find the one that resonates with you.
Step 2: Select Your Counselor
Click on the profile of the counselor you’d like to book a session with.
Step 3: Choose Your Session Details
Pick a time slot that works best for you from the counselor’s availability.
Step 4: Confirm Your Booking
Fill in your details and complete the booking process by making the payment securely.
Step 5: Attend Your Session
Once your session is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Join the session at the scheduled time and begin your journey toward mental clarity and healing.
