Disclaimer Policy

MindKalyan (evolved from PSYsolution) is a platform dedicated to promoting mental well-being by offering a range of services centered around holistic healing. We collaborate with service providers to connect clients with mental health professionals and practitioners. However, the content available on this website is for informational purposes only and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users rely on the information provided on the MindKalyan portal at their own risk, and this disclaimer governs all interactions with the website.
The mental health assessment tools available on this platform are adapted from publicly available standard formats. These assessments are indicative and provide a broad overview of a client’s mental health condition. Users should not take or avoid any action based solely on these assessments without seeking professional medical or mental health advice tailored to their specific situation.

MindKalyan acts as a value-driven digital platform that connects clients with qualified psychologists, counselors, therapists, and other mental health professionals. While these practitioners provide services aligned with professional ethics, clients are advised not to rely exclusively on the advice or recommendations provided by any service provider.

MindKalyan assumes no responsibility for the actions, advice, or inactions of service providers engaged through this platform. Although the platform connects clients with licensed professionals, it disclaims all liability for consultations, therapy services, or practices such as yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, or alternative therapies offered by these professionals.

Clients acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their decision to access experts via MindKalyan and for their ongoing interaction with those professionals. The website’s role is limited to providing access to counselors, therapists, and practitioners, and it is not involved in the actual provision of services.

MindKalyan does not function as a direct service provider. All services are delivered by empaneled professionals, ensuring clients’ privacy and confidentiality. The platform is not a helpline and does not address serious mental health conditions, including those involving suicidal or harmful tendencies. Individuals with such conditions are strongly encouraged to seek help directly from clinics, hospitals, or institutions equipped to handle such cases.

MindKalyan reserves the right to record all group sessions conducted and may use these recordings, in part or whole, for course creation, marketing, or promotional purposes.
