The creation of MindKalyan feels like a story of destiny—a journey shaped by personal experiences, shared visions, and a deep-rooted passion for mental and emotional well-being.
For Kalyan, the path to MindKalyan began after he left the Air Force and transitioned to the corporate world. In 2014, he stumbled upon the Science of Nature Cure, which reshaped his understanding of life, health and happiness. This discovery led him to start PSYsolution, an initiative aimed at promoting mental resilience. Kalyan’s background in clinical psychology gave him a strong foundation in understanding the mind, but it was his health challenges that truly set the stage for MindKalyan. In 2022, Kalyan faced a series of physical and emotional struggles including severe neuropathic pain, blindness and a diagnosis of blood cancer in 2024. These experiences fueled his determination to help others.
Meanwhile, Rohit, who shared Kalyan’s vision for promoting mental and physical health, had been exploring ways to help people find balance between their mind and body and live a healthy and disease-free life. His belief in a holistic approach to mental well-being aligned perfectly with Kalyan’s journey, and the two began collaborating through PSYsolution.
Meenu met Kalyan through workshops conducted by PSYsolution in 2017. A conversationalist at heart, Meenu got enthusiastically involved in organizing
& facilitating workshops and discussions on mental well-being. Her natural ability to foster conversations and the shared vision made the three of them come together.
The connection between the three founders—Kalyan, Rohit and Meenu—felt fated. Each brought unique experiences and expertise that complemented one another, and together they shared a common goal: to create a safe, judgment-free space where individuals could openly discuss their challenges and access holistic mental well-being solutions. Their life journeys made them realize the urgent need for such a platform.
Their combined experiences and shared beliefs made the creation of MindKalyan feel like a natural progression. They felt called for to come together to offer support, practical insights and a community for those seeking clarity and balance in their mental and emotional well-being.
MindKalyan is not just a project—it is the result of life’s challenges pushing them toward a higher purpose: helping others navigate their struggles with strength and resilience. Through their collective efforts, Kalyan, Meenu and Rohit built a platform where individuals could heal, grow, and take control of their mental health, making MindKalyan a manifestation of their shared niyatee.
