Physical growth means the growth of physical existence and its connections. Cognitive growth means the growth or expansion of cognitive capabilities.
‘Self-expansion’ and ‘Expansion of THE SELF’ are two different aspects.
When one expands the material existence of SELF’, it is Self-expansion and it is a limited approach; when one expands the SELF-IMAGE, it is the ‘Expansion of THE SELF and it does not have any limit.
The expansion of the self is a combination of Connectedness and Individualism.
We need more and more clarity about FORMLESS & FORM to manage and achieve our real Health and Happiness! We are trying to go deep in the aspects of LIFE while syncing ourselves more and more with NATURE!
LIFE is a combination of FORM & FORMLESS. It is not either/or but both are fundamentally needed aspects. Definitely, we cannot term these as equals. Because these are not easily convertible and comparable but connected aspects, definitely.
